Quick update re.me going out & doing things (some of you may remember my plan to get out & do something at least once a week
)
Well I went into the village today bought a magazine then went to a cafe & had a coffee & watched the world go by. Ok, the only people I spoke to were the 2 shopkeepers but that's 2 more than if I'd stayed home
I have realised the smallest amount of human interaction makes me feel enormously better. You guys are lovely but nothing beats face to face contact. So I need to make sure that when I'm down I get out for a bit cos tis becoming a proven fact that it makes me feel better
Plan for the rest of the day is Shredding, cleaning/tidying & then general lazing around. Hope you're all having nice Sundays

Afternoon all, hope you are all well
I slept so soundly last night and I didn't wake until about 8am - this AF'ness seems to be helping with my sleeping.
Roast chicken today with cabbage, carrots and peas (might have to disguise the cabbage though before DS realises what it is!). All prepared but there's no point in finishing it until the end of the foottie.
Aiming for AF again today, which shouldn't be too difficult as I didn't buy myself any yesterdayThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
