He did have a nice suprise though...his Daddy secretly took the afternoon off and cycled like mad to get to the school in time to meet me to pick him up :). Think that made his day.:T

Awww :) Well done, Mr P! :T :rotfl:

I've had an awful day :( Had loads of sh!tty little bits of news & things to deal with - work & personal - & I just want to cry my eyes out, hit things, get drunk, go for a run, eat lots of chocolate etc etc etc

I really really miss my ex...

Sorry to be such a downer

HB sorry you have had a poo day, have a non-dodgy :grouphug:

GC Congrats on your new job :T IKWYM alcohol seems to be the standard celebratory thing to do :o like someone else said (sorry forgotten who :o) maybe a fave food instead?

Cazza don't despair on the housing front, we looked at some complete hovels before finding our last rented house!

Miss P bless piglet and the trouser business, I would deffo get him some joggers, I remember DD having problems with her wooly tights in infants, one day she said she couldn't walk properly and when I looked the crotch was almost down to her knees:rotfl:

I am AF again tonight, feels very odd for a Friday night but must break old habits... Right off to watch Corrers, have a good evening everyone x
  • Evening all

GC - Congratulations on the job!

Shoppy - Yes, am going to get the joggers. Anything to make the transition to school easier!

HB - ((hugs)). I really do hope things get easier for you soon. I so feel for you.

Cazza - Annoying about the studio flat. Hope the next one you look at is better

DB - Welcome back! Glad you had a lovely holiday :)

Piglet went out like a light tonight. Think schools going to be good for him. He keeps coming out with little things about what they've been doing. So cute.

Mr P has come down with a cold, bless him. He really pleased Piglet earlier by turning up at school so am treating him with kid gloves...even though he thinks he has man flu :rotfl::rotfl:

    Miss P

    Cheers, babe :)

It's all just stuff to go through, sadly...

But have eaten nice food that even included salad! Not drunk too much red wine (yet!) & am running a bath. So am sure i'l soon be feeling like this: trampo.gif*

  • Thanks guys!

Had a cup of tea AND some cake, then hit a meeting and fish and chips for dinner (I have it a few times a year).

    No hangover tomorrow

Very different to how it would have been a few years ago......
