    Thanks Yellowmonkey!

I just wish I could become a billionaire and buy out BT

PS - They even had the audacity to add an extra £1.00, for my BT Answer 1571 (due to not having made at least two chargeable calls).

PPS - I'm assuming (from their T&C's) that this is for the 'personalised BT 1571' that BT do charge the extra £1.00 for (if customers don't make the minimum two calls).

This service doesn't even exist until 1st October, yet they've still charged me!

I know it's only a quid, but they take the mick..

I really can not face calling India (again) to ask them for £1 back! :rotfl:

    Cheers YM,

    Enjoy your Sunday,

    Sim :T

Also, I'm on their BT Basic service, and as I've already 'blotted my copybook' with the supervisor who called me back, I really don't want any more black marks against my name with BT!

Do any of you guys know anything about this extra £1.00 1571 which BT slip in on their bills?

Also, is it true that you *have to be on Direct Debit, if you want Monthly BT bills*?

    Cheers,

    Sim.

I'm afraid I know nothing about your BT situation so I can't help. But if I ever wine multi-millions I'll buy them out just for you ;)
