Ah jinty great about John Barrowman (I am a bit of a secret fan- Mr Cheese) but what really made me like him was he was doing a show in london (I read this in one of my mags) and was driving around and saw two older ladies looking a bit (they were down in london for a weekend and didn't really know their way around) so he stopped and asked them if they were lost etc got them to get in the car and gave them the car and driver all day to show them the sights and then gave them tickets to his show as he said if his mum was lost in a strange city he really hoped some kind person would do the same thing!!!!!!!! Amazing eh!

Good morning all!
Finished off my spend day by buying tickets for Mum & me for John Barrowman. He's coming to Edinburgh in November. My Mum adores him and I must admit I like him too, and, although he's not my usual type of music, he's very easy on the eye;)
Oh yes, I quite agree...I do love him in Doctor Who and Torchwood. Did you know he auditioned for Will and Grace as Jack, but didn't get the part as he came over 'too straight' :rotfl:
I've just worked out my Whoopise savings from yesterday. Original cost £13.36, Spend £8.54 - savings £4.82. Plus the rice, Orignal cost 3 x £1.48(ish) = £4.44, cost £3 - savings £1.44.
Total savings £6.26.
Most stuf is in the feezer to use as and when, so I guess it's not a total waste of money, just annoyed that it was an unplanned spend...
Trying for a NSD today thoughFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Another cold day :mad:, the cars gone to the garage again today, stupid thing broke down last night and OH + mate to be towed back home. So OH is going to try and get a hire car out of them, it took in the end 5 whole hours to get back here, and he's had to take a day off work because of them grrr. So today will be a spend day i think.
But good news i'm £89.37 in credit with the electric :j:beer::j oh yes i'm there for the first time yay so i said no to a refund and to keep it rolling for the next bil. So chuffed its unreal!:D:D

Another NSD yesterday for me please, bringing my total to 6 :j.
Not sure how today will pan out, I don't particularly need anything but Ive got a busy day sorting house and Ive got estate agent coming to value it as we are considering re-locating. Had enough of living in a city, want to bring my boy up somewhere lovely (and cheaper!!!!) Where is nice to live in the UK? Hmmm possibilities are endless. Husband has handed in his notice as he hates his job and after we pay childcare its not really worth it as I am the breadwinner anyway so he has decided till something better comes along he is going to take little monkey out of nursery and look after him himself.
I'm not sure how I feel, everything is happening so quickly and Im getting worried but I guess life would be pretty dull without adventures and challenges right? :eek:Total Debt May 10 = £580920 -

That's made my day too - he would 've made a good Jack, now that I think about it. Notice I chose pink for my replies re JB!
I love "real" stories about famous people. I havent met many famous people though I met Chaka Khan many moons ago in La Guardia aiprport. The flights were all delayed and she was in the airport bar with her backing singers . She was a total angel, lovely person and beautiful face.
