Its not blocked so wont be any use buying them, the area we live its called a sink . As no one has bothered mentioning it the waste pipe might slope upwards after the trap which would cause the problem.
Also if the waste is shared then you may have air blockage problems.
I would put money on it being one or the other.

No I live in the house so its not shared
You can live in a house & have a shared waste pipe.
It can be shared with a bath, another sink, dishwasher, washing machine. anything really.
The other possibility is the person who fitted it managed to get a lump of plumbers mate in the trap....
Without pictures it is either:
Blocked Trap
Air block in waste pipe
Waste pipe sloping upNot Again0
