If they are your own personal DVDs then I would have thought virtually any DVD burning software should be capable of copying them. It's only the commercial ones that will be encrypted.
I use Ashampoo Burning Studio 2009 which I got free (don't know if it always is or it was some special offer) and that offers the option to copy DVDs.0 -

Posting details of software that can copy non-protected DVD's is not the same as recommending software which breaks copy protection that is capable of copying protected commercial DVD's
The first I feel is within the rules. The second is definitely not.

yes, my post was not aimed at the original poster but someone had asked the question about why the coversation was not allowed on the forum in general
perfectly legal to copy your own DVD's etc that are not copyrighted , and imgburn will do it for you
