Have you considered other options such as changing number or contacting your networks nuisance call centre if they have one. They can do stuf to help prevent this.

Also if this is bad, go to the police as its harassment and there are laws protecting you.

Id also get in touch with some organisations if its affecting your standard of life, most are geared towards teens but the advice is all very good to any age group.

As for an actual app, im not sure but you have to think about the issue that legally, the person on the other end has to know that your recording..... so if you plan on using it as evidence it may backfire.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

I'm pretty sure the rule is that "at least one" party to the call needs to know that a recording is being made, but there is no requirement for both parties to be made aware.

I always record all inbound and outbound calls as it's sometimes easy to miss an important detail in a call.

No the rule is you dont have to notify them if its for your own personal use. You must notify them if you plan to make it available to a third party which in the op's case they are by the sounds of it......

It's my son's teacher. I am sorting out something with her but she is being uncooperative. I have her threatening text messages but I would like the head master to actually hear what she says. To the headmaster she does a great spin on what she says to make it sound ok. She is also bullying another parent in the same way. In just want the head master to really hear what she is like so that he can make a proper informed decision about the teacher's future at the school.

I don't think such an app is available - if Apple had enabled the API to do this then there would be loads of apps for it.

If you are making the outgoing call you could use a call-through service - you ring a different number, then once the service has started recording you input the actual number you want to dial, and the call can be emailed to you as a MP3 etc when you hang up. Legal or not, I'm pretty sure it will inform the other party that the call is being recorded though.

If there are truly threatening get the police involved then you can change your number. Is she threatening your personal safety or using foul language? If so I would approach the local education authority and the police if the headmaster is not interested.

There is no app and your recording will not be used as invidence by the police.

Another trick when she rings is press a number when she is on the phone and say police operator please trace this call.

Yet another is when she ring place a divert to your local police switch board. I had a problem when I was 18 with a gf ex bf and mates harrasing me so i did this at police advice and it worked.

Blimey> Get your granny stick an egg in her mouth, get her to suck then>

Settings>general>phone> call forwarding > switch to ON enter local non emergency number (dont tie up 999 and be a donut) he/she will probably poo pants! When the hear Such and such police how can I help!

What sort of threats like she will hold your son/daughter back a year or something? Why has your teacher got your mobile? What school is this! The one of hard knocks my dad used to tell me about?

Have tried going into the school and having it out with her? My little one has started preschool but no teacher would be threatening me I would be on them like stink on a stinky thing.
