Follow the simple instructions it gives

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)

the best thing to do in my opinion is reformat ur hard drive... all viruses gone then.
like my son says u cannot get rid of a virus if its very new, and using any antivirus program still doesnt protect u from a new virus, cos the antivirus program needs too be told of the virus to be able to detect it!!
