T-Mobile contract

Hi All,
I am desperate to get out of a T-Mobile contract. Prepared to pay to get out of it but not the entire amount as when we got the handsets signal at home was okay. Over a year it has degraded to almost nothing.
Now they have done a network 'improvement' and I have gone from:
- Awful signal on T-Mobile
- Full signal on Orange (PAYG)
To...
- Practically no signal on T-Mobile
- 1 bar on Orange
I think they have kept the weaker signal base station???!?!??!
Is this a detriment to my service, i.e. give them 30 days notice to terminate the contract??
Help.. :-)

If it is classed as a detrimental change to your contract, which I very much doubt, you wouldn't have to give them any notice as they didn't give you any notice of the change.
I suspect they will have plenty of get out clauses for poor coverage.I've given up trying to get my signature to work with the new rules, if nobody knows what the rules are what hope do we have?0 -
If you have no coverage at your home address, and it is the address you took out the contract at. You may have some chance to cancel as a goodwill gesture if they are not going/unable to fit the issue, I've seen it many times. However you do need to return the handset as part of the deal.
On high value handsets near the end of the contract, it is cheaper to just keep going and sell the phone.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
