Is it easy to get a pac code from GiffGaff

Just coming to the end of my o2 contract & they are not playing ball in retentions:mad: so was looking to go with giffgaff. I am only worried that in time if deals get better elsewhere if it is easy to get a pac code as there apears to be no phone contact all done by email.
Has anyone ported out ok?

All you do is call automated service free on 43430, then press 2 for your PAC code. They should send it within 2 hours.

Yup, I got mine within 2 hours after requesting it online.If it wasn't for the mistakes I made in the past (and learned from), I wouldn't be who and where I am today. It doesn't matter if you've cocked up, what matters is that you put it right and apologise. x0
