    Only wrong if it fails. However, it has only ever failed once on me, the other times I have had success due to my perseverance. Don't back down, stand your ground. Many follow by the letter. Sometimes that does not work. Go to the store and play your face up. Last thing the store wants is a unsatisfied customer blagging out loud that the store will not help those who have purchased a faulty item from that store, specially in ear shot of other customers and potential customers. Pick your timing right, make sure the store has lots of people in there. If it doesn't, walk away and come back. It's down to your own perseverance.
