Virgin Mobile?

Basically I have been a Virgin Mobile customer for a good 8 years and this is the second time ive had problems with them in a year.

I was on a sim only rolling 30 day contract with them, then I changed the package I had, they kept trying to take random amounts of money every 2 weeks or so, but I mnaaged to sort this.

About 2 weeks ago I changed from sim only to a contract phone (Samsung Wave - which I love), however they were planning on taking £18 (which was my old sim only contract thing amount) out even though I had changed to a contract of £20 a month, so we cancelled the direct debit to stop it, they had taken two amounts of £18 in the last 2 weeks as it was. Plus I had cancelled this sim only three times.

However I got a text off them saying they had a problem with my account, saying I had a bill of £39.84, I rang them and they said that they can't take the direct debit and that was the problem, however I didn't pay as I was on the train at the time.

They haven't taken the £20 I owe them or the £1.84 credit I used, which I am happy to pay. But I am not happy to pay the £18 which they have added on for the old contract.

I have rang them up TWICE to cancel this sim only and emailed them once.

I was cut off the other day but I can't get through to them to make a payment or to ask about my bill.

I'm not happy with this "service" and I am debating leaving them altogether.

Has anyone else had this...or any advice?
