Problems with Zazizam broadband

Hi everyone,
Has anyone out there got any problems with Zazizam broadband internet? I signed up with them this February and with my own modem and an activation fee of just under £60.00. With speed of up to 8MB and capped at 2GB per month. This should be enough for me as their advert says this is enough for surfing the web for up to 4 hours per day!
Since I signed up, I had nothing but problems with them.
They did not reset my account in more then one occasion, and caused me to go over the limit. I have to pay £2.00 extra per GB over and paid more than £4.00 extra in one month.
They had took payments for my account early and caused me to go over the limit the following month, in more than one occasions. I have to pay £6.00 and £4.00 in two separate months.
After I complained, they refunded £2.00 to me!
I was so fed up with their service and I asked to end my contract, but was refused. So I requested to change my package to 512KB unlimited but I have been told that this will cost an additional £11.49 activation fee. I have seen their current advertisement for unlimited Broadband, with free modem and free connection. But when I question about that, they said that I have to pay because I am changing my package and not switching provider.
Surly, if I don’t pay my monthly fee, they can terminate my contract, but when they made so many mistakes as they did, I have the right to end my contract too.
Anyone got any ideals?

this really depends on what you are doing within these 4 hours! if you are watching videos (as in trailers, flash animations, etc), then this can take up bandwidth. You also should be receiving the odd windows update patches
i could recommend that you install netmeter (http://readerror.gmxhome.de/) and use this to monitor your bandwidth usage... you can set it to alert yourself, when you reach a certain usage - like perhaps set it to 1.75GB or something around that... though netmeter is only a guide to your usage
you might be able to switch to their 5GB capped product which is the same as the 512k unlimited, without any charge, since it is the same speed - and it gives you 3 more GB in space if you find that you are using more
.. but this is the first problem I have heard of... I have a friend on this package since October, but hasn't experienced any problems with it... the only time they went over, was when someone was 'secretly' watching music videos, and didn't tell the bill payer!0 -
If they have taken money from your account early then they are breaking the DD agreement and this might be enough to cancel your contract.
Just stick to your guns tell them they have broken the agreement there for the contract is void ........ unless they are willing to move you to the unlimited package for free.
