Got my order sorted - thankfully. Apparently, however, they have placed my account on hold as I owe them £9.40 - so they never took off the discount!!

I did set up the direct debit, but cancelled this following the invoice.

I'd rather the cheap ones, can't stand dark chocolate. Was hoping for the milk ones.

The cheaper ones has a mix of dark and milk, gave the dark to my brother. Enjoyed the milk all to myself

Another here angry and disappointed with milk and more's service, I took up the free £10 shop offer and ordered my items on Thurdsay early ready in time for my local delivery man who delivers on a Saturday. Set up my direct debit etc and order came to just under £10. Also left a note top say I live in a flat and to ring the buzzer.

Thought well how easy was that, now all I have to do it get up early on the Saturday.

All well I thought when I got up at 6am and waited all day, finally got to 6 in the evening and I knew they weren't coming:mad:.

Went online to check my account only to see my oder read "order canceled" or to those words:mad:, all without any explanation whatsoever.

I had waited in all day as I live in a flat and there is no where to leave the food, I have now cancelled my dd and will not ever be unsing milk and more.

They really do have some way to go with customer service. One of my orders had a loaf of bread missing even though I watched it arrive (I was charged for it) and I thought I would leave it - Not the kind to make a fuss.

My last order also had food missing and also the chocolate milk was curdled - My little DD didnt notice and took a big huge gulp to be throwing up a few seconds later. The best before date had been scratched off. Disgusted I called the customer service line to be told 'not to worry - you will get your money back' and 'it happens'

I havent and wont order again.

  • Hello,

Just wanted to say that it's been helpful reading other people's experiences with milk&more. I made an order at the beginning of the month and used the £10 off code. Just an email through to say that £14 was being debited from my account, meaning that the £10 hadn't been taken off. So I had a look at my account, I had ordered two Tropicana orange juices which were on offer (I think they were two for £4) but the discount hadn't been applied for that either. So I rung up their Customer Services, spoke to a hopeless man who said it was too late to stop the direct debit and that he was 'referring it to admin'. He could not explain why it hadn't gone through. However, under the invoices tab on the My Account page, the credit is sitting there above the £14 invoice.

For some reason, he couldn't see this on his side apparently. I really don't understand how this works at all. The man I spoke to didn't seem to have a clue about the system either. Does this mean that the credit will apply, and only the £4 will be debited? I am going to stop the DD anyway I think, it'll be easier to pay the £4 myself later on than get the £10 back from them I reckon!
