I got my first invoice and they had not taken off the £10 voucher.
A bit annoyed as they took the money 3 days after I got the email/invoice, giving me no time to stop it and do anything about it as It was already in the system.

That's not true, you could have phoned them? Leave a note on their site or call them saying that the code hasn't been applied to the invoice and demand a refund.

I had a problem when they billed me for two items I never ordered or had delivered so when they had taken the £10 off my invoice, I only owed them a few pence. I had moved in the meantime so cancelled my account but when the invoice came through and I checked my account, I called them and they said they would put the credit on and I would only be charged the difference.
This did not happen, of course, so I called back and explained I was not interested in having this rubbish service at my new address and wanted a refund. It took a few days but I did get a call back and they took my card details then refunded the difference to my account. But they still haven't closed my account?

Anyway, I probably have paid the same amount in phonecalls! My advice is to call them and complain about the crap service and demand they refund you then close your account!

If you had read in the past, you can ask them to call you in their comment box and they will. Saves the the phone call cost. :p

Another £10 not deducted from my invoice here...not very impressed with their customer service either, I phoned but she was very vague! Hopefully can get it sorted out, but in the meantime I can't stop the money going out of my account. GRrrrr :(

It's a direct debit. You can cancel a direct debit by calling your bank.

I've found it's best to leave a note on the website and let them call you back.
