    If a dealer is too cheap to cover the cost of a !!!!!!! phone call, I wouldn't put much trust in their ability to ensure the car is sold in a safe state.

    We get all sorts of !!!!!! questions emailed in to us. We do try to answer them all, but nine times out of then the answers are on our website anyway. It's just easier to phone up/go look...
