Just popping in to say hello…
Well done Jo!!!
Q. Can I ask, does anyone know how paying just the min payment/over min payment affects your credit score? I have one cc, which I pay off in full every month and another which I pay a chunk off, but this month and last I only paid the minimum amount off the balance transfer card…does that make any difference to anything?? Am I better paying a bit over the minimum or does it not matter???
Also thinking about my small things:
· Keeping an eye on e bay but not bidding any more - I have put in my max bid…must remember this one!!
· Doing my own nails
· Cleaning at least one room at home!!
· Lunch from the freezer
· Whole chicken in the slow cooker
nomnomnom
Small list but doable - and cleaning that one room will take up all my evening!!
Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying Friday!
Catch up tomorrow (obviously tonight I'll be cleaning too much to catch up then

I would have thought it wouldn't affect it badly....mainly because credit card companies want to keep us in debt!LBM 04/05/10 :T DEBT FREE 30/07/10 :j I made it!CHALLENGES: 0 bought lunches June or July

Well I never! This thread on page 3 of the board!

Ooh I hope not Wee Jo! I reckon I'll only be making the min payment this month - can't believe it's not even August yet and my August wages are gone!!0 -

Oh I think I muddled up what I said,
what I mean is I think it's okay (as far as they are concerned) for you to only do the min payment as credit card companies WANT you to be in debt so in their mind that makes you "good" therefore no bad effect on your credit rating.
Did that make more sense this time???LBM 04/05/10 :T DEBT FREE 30/07/10 :j I made it!CHALLENGES: 0 bought lunches June or July

I reckon it was me not being clear. I got what you meant. I just meant I hope it wouldn't affect it badly, which now sounds like really bad english... Must go and get myself a wee vino - will make more sense after that

Its www.shopandscan.co.uk - go on the FAQs & it tells you how you can register.
