    I have been AWOL....

Lots going on, had an extra pole class last night and WLM babysat for me. It was great, I got home to the table all laid, wine poured and bath run for me. Fish and chips for tea - perfect.

Also got DD's school report and SATs results yesterday. I am so proud - the report was glowing (to say the least) and she got Level 3 in all aspects of her Key Stage 1. Level 3 is above the national average - they try to get all pupils through to Level 2. I am just so so proud of her.

I went to her last assembly at the infants school this morning - felt quite teary. She had a couple of speaking parts and was loud and clear and just beamed through the entire performance. I love my little girl :)

That all sound so perfect, happy for you :T and well done to DD :A on her fabulous school results.

Things I need to do...hopefully seeing this list will shame me into doing them :o

    Book dentist appointment for DD.

Set up Barclaycard on my internet banking so i can start PADding again.

Get Post Office card out of freezer so I can put cashback claim in.

Actually doesn't look too bad but all 3 need doing.

I've done one of the three - the cashback claim :o

Had a bit of a result the other day. My sister handed me a black binbag of clothes she's throwing out. The was a lot of stuff I didn't like, a load of stuff I did like (but didn't fit :( including a gorgeous black and white Kookai dress with bustier top) but I managed to get a pair of black linen trousers (which will need shortening), a couple of vest tops and a pair jeans that fit like a dream but have a hole in. I have ordered some iron-on patches from ebay to sort them out.

Had a lovely weekend with DD and WLM. We had a great day yesterday eating lovely food. Every Sunday morning DD and WLM go off to the supermarket for croissants and fruit so we have a delicious brunch. We then went out for a really long walk in the woods where it peed down then came home and cooked roast gammon and watched the Open and had a snooze on the sofa. We had a late supper of cheese and biscuits and then WLM and me watched Zulu. It was very nice :)

That does sound like a very, very lovely Sunday indeed...lucky you;)

Nice to get a few freebies from your sis too...my sis and I are too different to share clothes sadly, she's about 4 inches taller and a dress size or 2 up. My dd1 is now the same height as me (5'4")...actually she's probable an inch more now...but she's a 6/8, so no pinching her clothes:D Hopefully she'll fill out a fraction and I can pinch stuff...mind you, she'd be mortified if I went out in anything of hers:rotfl:

How's Onepoll? £39.15 here...off to check again to try and get closer to the magic £40:beer:

Getting there then! £5.85 here. Since they sorted the site out I keep forgetting to log on :o

We've done a Pilates class here at work today. We all pay £3 and a personal trainer comes in. We did this a couple of years ago until people kept dropping out which meant the price went up. If i remember rightly though, the day after the first class I was aching everywhere - even between my fingers :D

It is DD's last day at infant school tomorrow. I can't believe how quickly the last 3 years have gone. She had her leavers disco last night. I felt quite teary when I went to pick her up. Thank goodness I'm not picking her up from school tomorrow afternoon, I will be a blubbering mess :o That's not to say i won't cry when I drop her off in the morning....must wear sunglasses....

Bought some chocs for DD's teacher and TA (to go with the 3 for 2 eyeshadows I got in boots that were half price ages ago) yesterday in sainsbobs with my nectar points. Also got a permanent hairdye that was £2 off (that I am now scared to put on in case i don't like it :o). Thing is I've got to do it tonight if I want it done before my holiday....

Spent most of last night hand-drilling 44 drainage holes into two of my planters. Did not have an electric drill :( my hand is now really sore from all the screwing ;)

DD promptly dropped the carrier bag of presents on the ground as we got out of the car this morning  I hope the eyeshadows didn't get smashed....

Have finally booked DD's dental appointment. I'm such a good mum...:rotfl:

I won an auction on ebay last night. It was for Crabtree & Evelyn Iris perfume. It smells divine but it was £28 in the shop . I got it for £7.71 :T

I'm not dyeing my hair before I go on holiday. Will wait till i get back.

    £6.55 on OnePoll.

Claimed another £10 M & S voucher from Valued Opinions. I think I actually prefer them to OnePoll. I know the surveys are longer but the money seems to add up quicker.

    Also claimed a £5 M & S voucher from my Texaco points.

I hope they both arrive before I go away because I've already got a £10 M & S voucher in my purse and could really do with using them on holiday bits before we go.

I have done 3 runs and a pilates class this week. Pole class tonight so will be feeling fit and (almost) 40 by the weekend :D

    Pay Day tomorrow. Thank Goodness.

You've reminded me - need to make myself dentist appt, as well as dd2's optician and my doctor for b12 jab...all fun eh?!

Hope dd enjoys her last day of KS1 tomorrow...roll on the summer hols:) (I'm a TA so of course I love school hols;)).

Got back late Tuesday. We had a lovely time. It was a shame we didn't book for longer really but that was the longest foreign holiday I've had since DD was born so I can't complain.

I've just been reviewing the financial situation as it were. Not too bad bad I have had to shuffle some money around. I've PADded to my Barclaycard and done a few more surveys on OnePoll. Up to £7.05 now.

Still waiting for £10 M&S voucher from Valued Opinions. £5 voucher from Texaco arrived while we were away.
