Regardless of the legalities, I believe bargainbunny is acting shamefully. I had my suspicions from the start that this man was being used, and your further posts have only confirmed this opinion. So I find it hard to understand the sentiments expressed in this part of your post, BitterandTwisted. The OP should find a way of solving her housing issues without playing with people's feelings. You really don't come across as liking this man very much. It seems like it would be a trial for you to live with him, rather than something you are looking forward to. I firmly believe that the fact that he is your guarantor is the only thing keeping this 'relationship' together. So, so sad.
Hi, well how would you like to hear that he said he be guarantor as long as what happened before didnt happen again.. basically as long as I dont end the relationship?
At present im not with him as we are in the talking stages which was were we was at before I recieved the notice 21..
as soon as i got it I explained to him that he has unintentionally made me homeless and that I would never rip him off or such and that if I was like that.. hell I just stop paying the rent and he be liable..
If it was just myself id get over it but i have children and therefore im really annoyed with him over it.. which is making it harder for me to contemplate ever getting back with him.
Im not using him.
We went on holiday and before that we had discussed getting married etc so we was on the same page.. however during that holiday he put my life at serious risk so I ended it.. he got angry so did whatever he could to annoy me.. yes its sad.. but does not mean he can make me homeless over it.. if he was that bothered why has he now said that he be my guarantor in a new place?
At present im not feeling the love vibe.. but then again im only thinking about trying to find a place in the next 2 months..
Least if he decides further down the line he wants out of the arrangement id have been warned and believe me i be saving.0 -

Have you spoken to the landlord about staying?
Yes many times and I just got the reply pay it asap.. which I did it has only ever been a week late.0 -
