For a quick snack , Nice n Hot Roast Beef or Pork Butties is the Hayes Butty Bar ( featured a few times in Torchwood and Dr Who) further down next to Spillers Record Shop is a nice Italian.
The pub opposite the Millennium stadium does a nice mixed grill (not Wetherspoons!) at a reasonable price.
I like the Bospherous at the Bay myself.
There is though plenty of the Nando's etc to choose from.
As for Chippy lane ....... Dr Who surprised me going there ...not a place to visit when sober .... but after a skinful ... chips and chicken curry often appeals
Since when is Italian & Nandos "local & Welsh"?!?!??!:rotfl:0 -
Spillers has also recently moved into the arcade.0
