I recently bought a Smallville box set seasons 1-9 for £53.24 and thought it was a bargain!(yes I know what yout thinking...alarm bells should have been ringing!!)It seemed to be a UK website but is actually based in China!The packaging was pretty poor as well as the DVDs themselves.Some of them were even recorded off the TV!! Luckily enough I paid through paypal, so I will hopefully get a refund.A complete con....please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

im waiting for a refund off them. they gave me an address to send back to ying wang , PO.box 01315-069, kang qiao post office, Nani district. shanghai. china.
they also offered me a full refund or 15% instant refund on what the item cost or tell them what discs where damaged and they would replace them free. the email went on to say that they will contact the supplier to see what has gone wrong and that these items are authorised foreign imports. funny this is not mentioned on the web site. im wondering if this is a UK person acting as a middle man. i know i have been stupid and have done nothing but cry as this was a Christmas gift. the bank said that if i dont get a payment after 31 days of sending it back (tracking) they will step in even tho i paid visa debit. ill let you know what happens

im still waiting for a refund, but did get another email from them saying i will be refunded shortly. hmmmmmmm we will see. im very glad to at least to have saved someone else from the heartache of finding out they are copies when they open their parcel.

after these people said i could have a refund guess what???? the emails are now being sent back to me. this can only mean that im blocked by them. the only hope i have now is the bank sorting it out. total crooks. please dont buy from these scum bags.
