penpals in the forces free to send "email" letters to cheer them up

Hi,
Recently I've been looking for a penpal and thought maybe it would be nice to write to someone who is in the forces and so I'm interested in how I can find someone to write to.

Found this post via a goggle search and was wondering if there is one on here that might be able to please help.
