Me too - I'd love to write to someone. It'd be nice to use my 24/7 browsing time for something good! I registered to e-bluey and also on the yahoo group. Don't really understand how the e-bluey site works, but I'll have another read through this thread. Could someone kindly forward me the list of names please? Many thanks0

Do they only want single women to write to them? I am married, but am a great penpal (have 2 other penpals already). But perhaps soldiers don't want letters from married women?!!Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0

If you get details of service personnel and would prefer to send a 'real' letter, you can do so for free by getting a 'bluey' (HM Forces Airletter) from the Post Office.
This only applies to personnel stationed at the following BFPO numbers; 538, 543, 545, 551, 554, 555, 559, 567, 598, 634, 635, 637, 639, 641, 645, 647, 649, 654, 655, 660, 662, 664, 669, 673, 676, 678, 681, 758, 767, 801, 802, 803, 804, 805, 806, 807, 808, 809, 810, 811, 812, 813, 814, 815, 816, 817, 818, 819, 820, 821, 822, 823, 824, 825Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.0 -

No problem....
just click on the name of the person you want to pm (at the left of each message) and there will be a menu that (among other things) says "Send a private message to Joe_Bloggs"
Click on that and you're sorted.Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.0 -
