Excuse me can someone please explain what "shred" is all about. Have assumed that it is something to do with exercise but what. I used to get up and power walk from 6.00 - 7.00a.m. but have got out of my routine and need to do something. Waiting to hear from you please..................:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0
