Luc - I wish I had a tenth of your energy.

Sal - What you up to next weekend for the tight dress?

Spursfan - Good luck with your £1 a day - Don't forget to use quidco as much as possible and music magpie is great for getting rid of CD/DVD's (they're on quidco too)

My quiet day has been lovely, made muffins with DD2, sat in the garden for a bit with DH and DD1 has had friends round for a few hours - lovely to hear them all laughing but 9, 15 year olds take up a lot of room...and eat a lot of muffins. They're a good bunch though, very polite and the boys really do look out for the girls.

Roast gammon, roast pots, cauli cheese, roast onions, green beans and cabbage for dinner....smells yums.

I have a black tie party 40th/10th wedding anniversary at a friends beautiful farm with Marquee in the garden/mahoosive bit of land Pooky! I shall be wearing the dress I wore to the function at tower of london but really don't want to have to wear the Gok suction suit as it will be way too hot! We are having a weekend away, Mum is coming to look after B on the friday night while we go out to dinner (with R's ex wife...could be interesting) and then heading up to party saturday lunchtime and staying in a hotel with spa :) Its a shame that R is really suffering with undiagnosed siatica/some other running injury can't remember the name of. Really hoping he's a bit better by then as at the moment he's so drugged up to numb the pain!

It's all good. Maybe you're losing fat not muscle, so that would also be good :D

*heads off to Pooky's for dinner*

Sounds good Sallly, hope R is better by then and you have a great time.

You're all welcome for dinner - as long as you can wash up :D

Sal - Sounds like an interesting weekend - dinner with his ex sounds a bit  though. Hope R is feeling better, I have sciatica and know just how horrid it can be, lots of stretching and alternating between hot and cold packs works for me (along with as many painkillers as I can take!)

I know its definitely  but only fair considering I will be spending time with her children and maybe on my own with them. If I were her I would want to meet me too to make sure im not some kind of nutter!
