The winter falls of last year neve materialised.
On saying that, it appears we are nicely following the long term trend from Nationwide

Got to laugh - the bears just make it up as they go along.
March 2009 - Its only 1 month, means nothing because falls will contune next month
June 2009 - The spring bounce will end soon
September 2009 - Big falls during the long cold winter ahead
