What you have shown is the available connection speed of your device

Sounds like one of your laptops has an 802.11g card in, the other with a 150Mbps draft-N card.
  • one laptop has a faster internet connection then.

    sorry i'm a bit think with pc's.

That looks like about 10 mb download and 1/2 a meg upload.

The other numbers you quoted are the maximum capacity of the network adapters on your computers, not the broadband speed.

Is that connection cable or through the phone line ?

The numbers you quoted are the WiFi connection speeds.

54Mbps is the maximum connection speed offered by a wireless-g device and 150Mbps is around half the maximum a wireless-n device can connect at.

You must have the VM supplied Wireless-N router but one of your machines is only a G class one. With 10 Mbps broadband it's pretty irrelevant as G devices can deliver about 24Mbps so long as they can connect at the 54Mbps speed.

Your wireless speeds are outside the control of VM. Your speedtest is showing that your connection is well up to spec.
