I assume this would be the main office where they will send your reclaim-complaint to the necessary dept loan ppi.

I forgot to post up the procedures to the reclaiming.

Follow the link below, there is a checklist and useful info.

Then further down the page you will come across a FOS questionnaire, these were recently issued by the financial ombudsman service (FOS) and in replacement of the first reclaiming template letter.
You can of course write your own letter if you want to, if you do this you just request they refund you all your Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and interest.
Give your reasons, and request they respond by the 8 weeks timescale they have.
And its also suggested to post all letters etc by recorded delivery, this is your proof of posting.

But if you complete the questionnaire, remember to keep copies of that too in case you need to refer to it at some point.

Just a thought, the business are take it are still running I assume??

I can't remember if it were this company that dissolved or not, but there are ways around this otherwise.

Well I posted off to the address a couple of weeks ago and received a letter this week to confirm they are looking into my complaint and will get a response within the next 8 weeks. Keep my fingers crossed time I think!!

Just giving an update on my claim. I received a letter this week agreeing to refund me the full cost of the PPI including interest. I have accepted the offer and am now just waiting for a cheque.
As long as the cheque comes with the exact amount expecting then thats another win!!!
