    Hi there

Normally for a £1 cheque or postal order this covers for the copy of the agreement of the loan. They have 12 days to supply this agreemeent which should enclose details of any ppi if also taken.

If you requested a Subject access request (SAR), they have 40 calendar days to comply and send all they hold on your account, with a payment of £10 cheque or postal order.
There is a SAR template for this request on this link here:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1475553

As in my first paragraph, you have already requested for this, so they should at least let you know if your do not have details of this if they cannot provide them to you.

But if you do require further information a SAR would be useful and this is optional.

To make a reclaim, you complete a FOS questionnaire, these were recently issued by the financial ombudsman service (FOS) to use instead of reclaiming template letters, you complete, save a copy for yourself, and send to whoever sold and set up the policy.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond.
The FOS questionnaire is found on link below, further down the page as stage one.

There are a few to what I am aware of who have dealings with these, hopefully they will post up of their own experience soon, good luck.;)

How long from accepting their offer did it take for you to get your cheque?

I sent my form back accepting on 23 July and nothing back from them yet, even though the letter said 14 days!

I didnt have to accept anything as they sent the cheques out straight away, i checked the workings out which i had paper work for, one of them was wrong so rung them up and they sent another cheque to me, all in all very quick and easy process.

    Hi there

    Who is the complaint to?

It should be the ones who set up and sold you the policy?;)
So if you let us know we shall try to find these details for you.

    Cheers X
