Ok !!!!!! just happened to me??

Really quite frightened... I got up a few mins ago to grab a bottle of drink, then squatted down to put food in dogs bowl. While doing that my head felt 'funny' and lost the ability to speak to my OH, I was stuttering and could not for the life of me form words. Muscles round my mouth felt weird like when your bottom lip goes wobbly before crying. Lasted around 6 seconds but now I'm freaking out what if its pressure on the brain etc etc anyone any idea???:(
