I think it may be with your next statement. I could be wrong though...it's been a while since I've done it.

Thanks. So on the next statement, how long would I have to use the £7.50 change? I only did it today because the voucher is due to expire in 2 weeks - will the time limit 'reset' for the change?

EDIT: Aha, think I found the answer on the website:

What happens to the change left over from my Clubcard Boost order?

Any change will be credited back to your Clubcard Account, and you will receive as new Clubcard vouchers in the next statement.

This is good, as presumably it means that if you have a big voucher that is expiring but you don't want to use it yet, you can just spend £2.50 on it, and all the rest will effectively be reset. :)

Yes, it will be included in the vouchers for the next quarter, which will have a 2 year expiry :)

scarletjim: you have redeemed a £10.00 voucher (as I understand it), and as you have only spent £2.50 in Boost the change will added back in points. It will be added back in time to be with you in new vouchers in the next statement - May.

If you go into Tesco.com, go to clubcard, sign in , then clubcard a/c. You can see all the points you have collected and when. At some point your points will be credited. The current points collection period is 29/01/16 - 5/5/16. As soon as the vouchers go on line, you can spend them online. Whilst looking at my account for you, I found a 50p one which expires 29/2/16 so thanks !

If you have vouchers which are due to expire, you can ring up to have them reissued with the next mailing and they will have a full two year life.

I did this, yesterday, for some February 2016 ones and was told they would come with the May vouchers, as the February 2018 ones are due this weekend.

Hello I accidentally tapped the wrong button and redeem my eon reward points as highstreet vouchers. I explained to them that it was an error occurred at early this morning and they say they can't resolve this error I'll have to just take the vouchers instead of the tesco points, there's nothing they can do supposedly in the 3weeks they take to arrive. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Sorry Steph312 but our advisor was right. Once the exchange was confirmed, there's no stopping the vouchers. They're looked after independently by Bonusbond who will send them directly to you. You're right, this can take up to 3 weeks but it's often quicker.

    Sorry I can't help more Steph312.

    Hi :j
I have a 'hidden' tip for everyone to boost their Tesco Clubcard points.
If you go into 'About Clubcard' on the Tesco Clubcard section of their website, then go to the bottom blue box that says 'Where can I collect points? Show me' then it will take you a next page that has a link to TopCashback. That way u earn 1point PER 1p while u r purchasing other goods online!! I earned 3,450 Tesco Clubcard points in one season!! ;)
