I have had a clubcard for 10+ years, and thought it was registered to an old address in England,(so I thought my clubcard vouchers had been sent there)but it's for my current address.I phoned Tesco and they say they have no register of any unused vouchers,I wouldn't have known about lost vouchers until Martin's Info.I have shopped at Tesco regularly, and they have no record of my usage in that time, except last two months.I am really fed up that Tesco treat it's customers so badly.I am now closing my points account, and moving my shop elsewhere(theres an Asda nearer,so much for loyalty eh? )0

If you thought you had a clubcard at an old address - why wait 10 years to change it!? Vouchers only last for two years, so if they had been sent to an old one that's in the region of eight years gone anyway!
Did you ask them to check the 'old address' postcode? Did you do any transactions on-line - hence not know another clubcard no?
Because vouchers are only valid for two years, Tesco only need to keep CC voucher records that long - well maybe two and a-half.
Moreover, if a card isn't used in two years the id details drop off - so you need to know the CC no.
It's the card holders responsibility to manage their clubcard e.g. use vouchers before expiry, change address details etc.
If you shopped there regularly - you would have seen your points (on the till receipt) suddenly drop every few months - when they get conveted into vouchers! You may have wondered what it was all about - when you saw the TV adverts about clubcard vouchers.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
