The Scottish newspaper, The Daily Record, did an article about biscuits and found that the least carby biscuits are plain digestives. If you were to have one or two a day that wouldn't be totally low carb-wrecking.The good thing about plain digestives is not only are they good dunking biscuits, they are also good with butter and cheese on top.
If you want to say hi on the Low carb support thread there are quite a lot of us, as a sub thread in the Health and Beauty Board. You'd be more than welcome.0 -
just got my first order from approved foods really pleased , as my estimated delivery was a 3 day period I was worried I would be waiting around and it wouldnt arrive. Got a text yesterday to say it would be delivered today or thursday. got text today saying it would be delivered in a 1 hour spot and it was!
OCD husband had a fit when it arrived he didnt realise it was out of date and wondered where it would all fit. Once he had tried one of the biscuits and realised it wasn't stale and he had arranged all the stock on the shelves he was please at how much money we were going to save.0 -
Internet probs bah.. mine arrived earlier this afternoon, huge box, couldn't lift it had to drag in front door. Got everything ordered, nothing missing, damaged or subbed. Didn't buy anything out of date and only stuff short dated OH will scoff before end of weekend (Jaffa cakes, chocolate buttons). The J20 party packs were 4 plastic screw top bottles J20 with 4 J20 glasses.0
