Still way overpriced considering you can get a desire for under £400 for 2 years

Shame 3 only do 24m plans now. Voda have a similar offering to their cheapest tariff.

3 = 24m x £35 for 5000 texts, 500 minutes and 1GB internet - cost over term £840
Voda = 18m x £40 for unlimited texts, 600 minutes, and remarkably - still being advertised as unlimited internet! - cost over term £720 http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/mobiles/choose-tariff/SAMSUNG-GALAXY-S/MONTHLY/NEW

3 used to be pretty much unbeatable for value, and their crap customer service was largely excused due to this, but with their switch to only 24 month contracts, they're trying to compete with the much bigger operations - but they don't have the support mechanisms in place.

i agree three plans for this phone look crap and am surprised by that as usually they are pretty competetive

That's a crap deal, too. You can get this phone for free on a £25 pm contract with cashback on top!

any links? ive looked at quite a few and thats the best I could find for the galaxy s on 3's internet texter 500 tarriff. Im due an upgrade soon and want either the desire or galaxy s on 3.

look on CNET.co.UK price checker or on omio price checker, there were loads of deals for 25£ a month a few days ago
