Personally I'd just guess them.

They do ask the stupidest things. One application form asked me what dates I sat all my exams. How can you remember that? Especially when its not even listed on your certificate, only the date the SQA approved it which only gave a month and year anyway so I made me guess at the dates.

Application forms usally say at end 'sign or tick here to say these details are correct to the best of your knowledge' so if its what you think and they turned out wrong but you generally thought it was that I wouldn't see any issues. I doubt they'd check out anyway as long as you don't put like all As and you didn't get any etc.
