17 days, we can all count them down together.

Thanks Cath, I will definitely need the support :o OH is off this week, and working from home next week, to avoid any unnecessary stress.. I don't have that luxury and will be back at work first thing in the morning..:o x

  • I am - currently doing MFIT-3

With the help from this board I have managed to reduce mortgage from £106,000 to £50,400 in 18 months. Just as well as DS1 off to private school in September so the last £50,000 willl take another 3/4 years (at which point DD will be moving up to senior school!!)

I did calculate that the interest that I will save by overpaying (original term remaining was 21 years) will more or less pay for son's education - that's scary.

Just shows how paying your mortgage off early gives you choices.

Ok, 2 banana & chocolate cakes in the oven, and a shortly there will be a red thai chicken curry on its way.. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

OH is half asleep watching the Simpsons :p

Not much money savings today, but as some of you have said there will be time later on in the week..

And what exactly are you going to do to help US cope with the stress of the next few weeks :o. It's all very well for you with your acupuncture & home made cakes. Some of us have to cope with microwave curries & WW yoghurts :rotfl:

Glad all news good so far :T
