I think it's a proper indictment on my flower arranging skills that I couldn't think of more than two fairly off the wall flowers - must do better. Anyway, the financial ombudsman won't take your case until 8 weeks have passed! My worry is that the comment above mine will be spammed and I'll look like a nutter! Can you tell it's a slow day!?
