Morgen Froggy,
Don't worry too much about all the templated nonsense interview questions. It's very rare that a decent interviewer will ask things like "describe yourself in 3 words" (my personal hate). Concern yourself with the Company, your CV and the description of the role. Have a clear answer as to why you want to work for this Company and why you're looking to leave the Company you're with just now. Remember that you're there on merit from your CV so all you're really looking to do is validate what they already think they know about you and prove that you'll be a good fit in the new team. Is it a straightforward competency based interview or are there any test / presentation pieces? Is it a one-stage process? Keep the questions you ask clearly focused on the technicalities of the role as, because you're in through one of the dastardly agencies, discussions about money, decision timelines and additional process steps cn all be run through the agency. You'll do grand.
Cheers,

I got another call from the agency, as the person that interviewed me called them tonight.. Apparently they loved me and were impressed by the way I presented, and the skills set I could bring to the role.. There are high chances I will be called back for a second & final interview next week.. Bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D
On MFW news, I got £1.10 on 1Poll, and 50p on VO (am ever so close to payout there)...
Hopefully the weather will be nice, my horse will win in the Grand National, and my numbers will come up in the Lottery..:p:p:p
Have a fantastic weekend everybody!
Cheers
