New council tax bill has arrived.. Well above my estimates.. On top of that, they had the cheek to add a 2.2% increase (9% for the fire service)..
I would not mind if they did a decent job, but they are clearly not!!:mad:
Anyway, rant over.. Have a nice weekend..

No rants allowed on birthday weekend
Wonder what our's will be, we caused them mayhem as we moved in, in August and I don't think they can work out percentages of a year. I had to ring them 4 times to try and start paying them. But the lovely lady then did make our bill a priority when I explained I needed the bill as proof of addressMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0

            Morning all
Not feeling the love at work at the moment.. Almost 4 months into the year and I am still waiting for my objectives for this year..so no focus and no aim means I don't really know where I am going..
I was due to stop some very mundane tasks that are taking most of my days back in January but no sign of change which is very frustrating..
My boss is close to retirement so she is in no hurry to make any changes or take any risk... Funding for courses is not available eitehr..
I don't really want to look for another job though.. I am just stuck in a rut I think..
 Think Froggy, think!!!
Well, at least it's payday tomorrow.. The chancellor might make me rich (one can dream :rotfl:)
Hope you all have a better day than me..
