I just noticed you are a sixth of the way to your £21k target already. That's a mini-milestone worth celebrating.

Froggy,
Read your diary last week... very captivating. It could be a book! You've had a tough time but it seems like things are on the up for you .. tant mieux !
Just a thought - as property in south England is much more expensive than in France, have you ever thought of buying a property in France and then renting it out?0 -

Hi Caisse!
Nice to see you aroundI doubt if I turned my diary into a book, many people would read it though.. It would make a good door stopper though :rotfl::rotfl:
I did think about the French property market.. My dad has a BTL business, he has 6 or 7 properties.. I would struggle to make it back there on a regular basis.. But, I will keep that idea in the back of my mind for the future..
Cheers

Finally some good news.. £80.05 added to the pot! Now my FD 8% saver is full! Hurry up FD and give me my interest!!
I am so happy I have managed to stick to that target.. A few months back, I had never thought I would have achieved it..
Onwards & upwards..
Have a great day all

Great news on FD, well done :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
