Hello, hello, who's your lady friend......
Which will mean nothing to most of you I suspect :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hey Froggy
I always learn a lot from your diary and De-lurking this time to ask about your latest letter to a 'financial institution'. I recall the institution and mortgage from your old diary. My OH still owns a flat with the same mortgage company and the same type of mortgage you had - but he can't sell it or re-mortgage because of negative equity.
Is there a particular thing you are challenging? The mortgage/loan is a shockingly high interest rate and there appears nothing we can do about it!
All advice welcome!
