I am still speaking to you after the rugby debacle. Only because you are Breton though...
I do hope you get something positive happening with the house very soon.
My friend is also selling her house and is so cheesed off with time-wasters. Viewing houses you can't afford must have become a national sport... Either that or people are choosing to look round houses to get design tips rather than buy a copy of Ideal Home!
Autumn is really here, isn't it, just hope it doesn't morph straight into winter like it did last year.
I used to love playing table tennis. My sporty Dad's boast was that, as a humble SEN in the 1950s, he beat a bunch of doctors to become South Wales Hospitals Champion...Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
I am quite happy in the C team (I can imagine you fuming whilst reading this, going: "Froggy, fgs get a grip!!")..
Froggy
Ketchem Alayya Froggy,
No point me saying what you already know. I just don't want you turning into a gibbering monster like Brando...

Hi
We have had 2 viewings so far.. The first one, it was £20K above her maximum budget, clear waste of time.. The estate agent has not managed to reach the second viewer as yet.. No more interest at the moment..
Cheers
Froggy
The estate agents really don't help, they push viewers to look at properties out of their price range.Pots: House £6966/£7100, Rainy day Complete, [STRIKE]Sunny day £0/£700[/STRIKE], IVF £2523/£2523, Car up-keep £135/£135, New car £5000/£5000, Holiday £1000/£1000, MFW #16 £2077/£3120

Morning all!
Cracking win at ping pong last night! First of the season! Can't believe we trashed a team 2 divisions above us!! :j (that should keep Billy quiet for the best part of the next 5 minutes)
£8.86 has landed in my account from £co.. I need to get 2 new front tyres for OH's car tonight.. She had to take my car today for her work travels as she did not feel dafe with hers..
I have bought OH's birthday present for next month, thats another item ticked off the list..
I will need to catch up with surveys tonight while OH is away..
Hoep everybody is well?
Cheers
