It's a lovely house, Froggy. You've done a fantastic job with it and it all looks great. T The estate agent has got some good photos that show it off well, too.
Just one small suggestion - why not get the agent to do a floor plan? I know when I was house hunting, the floor plan was really important to me, and I found it annoying when the EAs didn't bother to do one. There must be others out there who feel like I did, so make your EA do what you're paying them for, and give prospective buyers all the info they could possibly want.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Lovely house! makes me want to move up north for that price!!
fingers crossed for a quick and smooth sale ... if you could sprinkle some "quick sale" fairy dust my way too as mine has been on market nearly 3 months now with no offers (but lots of viewings I spose!)
Have a good weekend down souf'0 -

That's a very good idea Lois, and you are right, I found a floor plan a very handy thing when I was looking at properties.Mini Challenge - Halve 2nd Mortgage by Year EndStarting: £10,000 Currently £8,142.62£3,142.62 to go!0 -
Hi all!
Thanks for all the comments on the house.. The agent has amended a couple of details we asked them to over the weekend..Thank for the suggestion about the floor plan Lois, I will email the agent in the morning..
Weekend was ok, just really tired after the 400 mile round trip, and I ended up cooking for 8 on Saturday night at my in laws.. Apparently OH said yes to her mum but 'forgot' to mention it to me..
Back at work today and rubbish day, as most days where I work.. Food shopping done.. There's a leaflet at the entrance of Tesco, about their 'big price drop' with £18 worth of vouchers inside it.. Hope this helps somebody.. I managed to use a couple of them..
Hope everybody is well?

All a bit better than you Frogmeister - you sound very gloomy
.
Chin up, you'll get the chance to whip us at rugby in a few daysA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

All quite gloomy indeed.. I very much doubt the frogs will do me proud on Saturday..

Aw sorry youre feeling down froggy
youve had a hell of a time of it , not surprised it has taken its toll a bit and I know how down work can make you when its a horrible atmosphere!
How are things with OH ? I know that can make me feel really rubbish if me and mrtyo are both stressed or not seeing too much of each other as life often has a way of taking over eh?!
Id buy your house if 1)someone would buy mine and 2) it was about 300 miles south-er
gg probably a better bet on that one! :rotfl:0 -

Bless you TYO.. Yep not having a great time at the moment.. Work is pretty awful, and its bound to blow up at some point.. The uncertainty is difficult to manage, and back stabbing is ever more present..
Things with OH, well, quite difficult to say.. We won't see much of each other this week, different commitments on different days.. We seem to be living more as housemates than a couple.. Don't really know if that will change or not once we move..
GG, you definitely needs to put the first offer in, I want a bidding war for my property!!
Tyo, can I ask where you live?
