    Wellllllllllllllll.... guess what? My friend has sold her house! To the brother of her next - door neighbour, as a buy to let investment. She is thrilled, she has had her eye on a lovely ground floor flat for months and can have it now.

    fingers and toes crossed for house viewings and sales - at least people are in the "want to get in by xmas" mood at the moment (hopefully! :) )
    well done on the tyres..not looking forward to having to shell out for some soon but needs must! ..

    TYO, please look at mobile tyres fitting on the web (mine was called event tyres).. The same tyre was £50 more expensive at Kwik Fit (despite the 25% off, and I would have had to pay on top to get rid of old tyre & £20 for the balance)...
