And, in Dutch, it's 'Magnetron'! Sounds like a Transformer! lol
I accidentally bought cling film once, when I wanted foil, as cling film is 'magnetron folie'. Folie is foil, so I was like 'oh yeah, that's it' lol.
Now I want to do Shred, to get fit. But I'm scaredI'm sooooo unfit! But it's only 20 minutes right? Which fits in nicely with my routine. Do you need much space to do it in?

A collegue showed me an exercise to work abs, IT REALLY HURTS THOUGH!!
You lie on the floor with legs strectced and arms stretched upwards with a weight in each hand.

I accidently started doing my Davina dvd (I had to word that in such a way that I didn't say something like 'doing Davina') in my pj's aswell, kept having to pull them up and my top was all over the palce, will never make that mistake again!

The Wii Fit thingy just doesn't motivate me enough really. It's great as scales though as the batteries in mine seem to die before I've had a chance to weigh myself more than once.
