    Morning all

Pad is 10p to Monument but the paying of it was sooo funny I thought I'd tell you all.
Knock on door - 'can I speak to Ms x' Me 'who's asking?'
Lady -'I can only discuss this with ms x its a personal financial matter' - Me ' Bye'
Goes away to car,Comes back, Knocks again - ' Can i speak to ms X'
Me ( deciding on a different tactic) 'that's me'
Lady ' can you confirm some details please'
Me 'No, you are knocking at my address, which you must have a record of. I am not giving out personal information on the doorstep'
    Closes door
Goes away to car - makes phone call - comes back - puts card through door asking me to contact 'Lauren' within an hour as failure could affect my credit status but giving details of account etc.
I then went online and checked on Experian and this debt was defaulted in September 2004, I have paid a fair amount off it in the last few years.
An hour later another knock on the door - silly conversation in which person tried every tactic in the book, threatened me with court action etc. ended up with me saying 'hang on I'll see what I can do', closing the door over, and putting chain on, opened purse, took out 10p and gave it to her - looked at me in horror.
Me -'I've got a spare pound lying around, and this debt is 8.4% of the total, you can keep the penny'.
    Closed door, chuckling.
Sorry about the long post but it made my night. This is one of the joint debts from my ex, so I'm in no hurry to pay it off and none of them are included in my sig.

Morning! Total of 180 today please Angelic, thought more would go out but bank being stupid with dates and payments this month. This is £20 to christmas savings, £30 to hen night fund (last payment!), £20 to car insurance, £20 to car tax, £15 to repair fund and £75 to cyprus fund (10 days to go!).

Feeling aches in a few more places today, stomach aches a bit and the bottom of my calves randomly. The worst place is the arm to shoulder muscle!!
