Man, I always thought that Scottish pounds were legal tender in England, and so had to be accepted (despite the stores claims). But, just been looking it up, and whilst it isn't legal tender, it should be accepted (confused yet?). However, in practice institutions such as clearing banks, building societies and the Post Office will readily accept Scottish bank notes. (so says Wiki).

And get this, Scottish money isn't even legal tender in Scotland! 'These are the recognised currency in Scotland, and although they are not legal tender they are always accepted by traders in Scotland, and often in other parts of the United Kingdom.' How funny is that? Not sure exactly what is legal tender in Scotland then as it also states that English banknotes are only legal tender in England and Wales!

OK, sorry. That was all. You peaked my interest with the currency discussion and I had to check it out.

Payday today!! At ffing last! Just waiting for the funds to arrive :)

Well, I'm definitely feeling more toned, especially in my arms and even OH noticed that my stomach was less chubby. :j It's knackering though, so it has to be doing something!

Your OH sounds as sensitive as mine!!! :o

Green, I agree with Sashy I can feel the difference most in my arms, but my abs are definitely stronger even if you can't see them under the flubber! I don't think I've lost any weight by doing it though, even though I have been eating sensibly, but I've definitely toned up!

    xx

It's not so much my arms that I need to tone up, although it won't do them any harm lol It's my tum,bum and thighs!!!!!:(
