Green, I agree with Sashy I can feel the difference most in my arms, but my abs are definitely stronger even if you can't see them under the flubber! I don't think I've lost any weight by doing it though, even though I have been eating sensibly, but I've definitely toned up!

''Scotland is a country in its own right and English law has no validity north of the border. While the Bank of England is the sole possessor in England of a royal patent to print and mint money, no such monopoloy exists in Scotland. There are 3 banks in Scotland with a minting patent: The Bank of Scotland (Now merged with the Halifax Bank), The Royal Bank of Scotland, and the Clydesdale Bank.
The furore that Sir Walter Scott raised dealt specifically with a real attempt by the Bank of England to usurp authority where it had no claim. As he was a Sherriff at the time, his criticsm -- on purely legal grounds -- had to be heeded by parliament who forced the bank to back down. ''
Yes, I do...are you hinting for something?

Oooh look at you being all clever! I do read Flyin's diary (but sometimes I just scan and thank and don't read it properly:o:o) *Runs off to read properly in case there are clues for something*
That is seriously crap about the DVD, I hate people who borrow things and then wreck them. I used to have a friend like that, everything that went near them came back broken and she'd never admit it  Are you gonna keep chasing them or just cut your losses?
I'm watching the BB final at the minute can't actually believe I'm watching it - thats what being alone in the house does for you!

I don't mind helping out if I can, like I said to Ms Fresian, the staff benefits aren't that great but the cheap rates are something to be taken advantage of :AStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
