As I've been hearing such [STRIKE]horrific[/STRIKE] great things about this Shred DVD, I've ordered myself one, along with a pair of high-waisted Spanx power pantie thingies to make me look a little less like a Cornish pastie in my wedding outfit. I figure I can pay for them out of the wedding fund, right? Right? :rotfl:
I've just had a small can of spicy refried beans for lunch and although they're about 200kCal I figure they're not actually that bad as they're never in my body that long  Ha. TMI for the win!
Anyhoo. PAD for today is £10 into online savings please, Angelic
