Weight loss:
Well, I'm still going strong wth the Shred DVD, although I had to take a day off on Wednesday as my legs hurt too much. After speaking to some fitness fanatic friends they said to extend the warm up and cool down exercises as 2mins wasn't enough, and I've been better since then. I've been weighing myself pretty much every day and there have been some fluctuations, but mainly in the right direction....leaving me with a weight loss of 3lbs for this week, taking my overal loss since I began all this to 7lbs. :j

Hi everyone! Can i join please??
This seems like an absolutly fab idea, and i can see how it works so well, those amounts must really tally up
Anyways... yesterday i paid £200 to my Next card and today i paid £80 to my Duet card (see sig). I obviously wont be making payments like this everyday as i have basically just checked my bank today and paid off what i know i will have spare before i spend it on something else, and have left myself enough for some more petrol and food shopping to do me till i get paid.
I am going to try very hard and keep this going, probably with my Next balance as i can do that online and saves me calling bloody expensive numbers every day. Am i getting that right? Do yous actually call up or go online and make a payment everyday or do yous save it up for once a week?Next: [STRIKE]£1872[/STRIKE] £1361
Duet: [STRIKE]£608[/STRIKE] £528
Egg: [STRIKE]£1270[/STRIKE] £1233

Hi CC, welcome to the madhouse
We've each got different ways to paying our PAD. Some do it everyday and others do it when they can.
We've only got 1 rule here...Please post your PAD in BOLD, COLOUR, HUGE or all THREE. This will make it easier for our counter upper to see it, this month the lovely BoobyLou is sitting with her calculator poised and ready for action
